Your responsibilities:

- Work with a designated Project Manager to ensure that activities are delivered on time.
- Attend and assist in external customer meetings.
- Utilise internal management systems to reflect forecast & planning.
- Support in the preparation of customer service & billing documentation. Ensure accuracy and professionalism throughout.
- Overview of the project team’s time, and that it has been accurately recorded to match the task.
- Opportunity to support in implementation of new internal systems.
- Assist in management of post implementation customer life-cycle.
