What is tegosJUMP Global?  
Our international trainee program is designed for graduates and young professionals from the UK, Benelux and Germany who want to grow and learn together. In just 12 months, you will be trained as an IT Consultant (m/f/d) for our innovative software solutions – with a focus on teamwork, passion, and sustainability.
 
 
 Program Structure:
  

• Program start: October 1, 2026
• Duration: 12 months
• 6 months: Intensive theory and training phase at the tegosAcademy
• 6 months: Practical phase with team assignment and on-the-job training
• Hybrid, international format
  • 2-week onboarding phase at our company headquarter in Dortmund (Germany)
  • Regualar in-person events in Dortmund (Germany), Breda (Netherlands) and Manchester (UK)
  • Country-specific subteams with local presence phases
  • Global and local modules - learn together virtually and grow through real projects
• Intensive support:
  • Personal mentor
  • Individual guidance and small group learning

Your skill set

• Excellent English skills
• Enthusiasm for digitalization, innovation, AI & more
• Motivation, solution-oriented thinking, and team spirit
• Initial experience in IT/customer consulting is a plus, but not required
• A degree (apprenticeship/university) is great, but not essential
