In this pivotal role, you will

act as lead developer on new projects and Business-as-Usual (BAU) enhancements
take full ownership of Business Central development tasks
drive upgrades from On-Prem to SaaS environments
support and mentor junior developers
play a key role in improving our development processes and workflows

Your skill set

Technical skills

7+ years of experience in AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience working with a Microsoft Partner
Strong expertise in Business Central upgrades (On-Prem to SaaS)
Proficient in using Azure DevOps for version control and structured release processes
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and best practices
Ability to handle multiple development streams and priorities

Soft skills

Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Collaborative mindset and experience mentoring junior developers
Structured, methodical, and professional approach to work
Adaptable and patient – comfortable in a continuously improving environment
Fluent communication skills

Nice to have

Familiarity with Git workflows, pull requests and branch management in Azure DevOps
Experience across various Business Central versions
